Welcome to Happy Pet Spa!

We are proud to serve our home community of Sherwood Park and surrounding communities of Ardrossan, Fort Saskatchewan, Edmonton, Leduc, Beaumont, St Albert, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and even as far away as Fort McMurray, Lloydminster, Vegreville, Wetaskiwin and Wabamun/Alberta Beach.

It all began in 2006 when Deb, at that time having a Standard Poodle and a Bouvier des Flandres in the family, decided to try her hand at grooming her dogs herself. Realizing that it was more difficult than anticipated, but that she really enjoyed it and was interested in learning more, she enrolled at the Leduc school of dog grooming. She then groomed dogs out of her home-based salon for the next 2 years. In 2009, Deb partnered with her daughter, Jeannie, and opened Happy Pet Spa adding doggy daycare to their services. Doggy daycare began as a result of a desire to minimize stress to the dogs in our care by not crating them during their visits. As the business has grown and changed over the years, Deb has built a team of passionate professionals that share her commitment to top notch quality care and compassionate grooming practices.

In 2010, Jeannie decided to specialize in feline grooming, and has built a separate feline-only grooming business within Happy Pet Spa's physical location called The Cat's Meow. You can find her at www.thecatsmeow.ca.
